Consulting, Management and Technical Support for Thermoplastic Foam Moulding Projects
We provide comprehensive support for companies in thermoplastic foam injection moulding projects — from project management and technical consulting through to successful implementation in series production. Our services cover development and lightweight design topics as well as acquisition and quotation phases. In addition, we offer practical training sessions, workshops and employee qualification programs, while also supporting trials, process validation and the optimization of existing production processes.
The in-house developed ToolFoam technology is presented by our consultant, Harald Heitkamp. With the aid of a gas-injection module, physical foaming can be incorporated into the injection mould without the need to retrofit the injection moulding machine.
